UK International Cup

The UK International Cup is quickly becoming the best youth soccer tournament in England. The tournament is held over the Easter Holiday’s at Loughborough University and caters for both boys & girls teams over 2 days of soccer. Located only 1 hour from Birmingham Airport & 20 minutes from East Midlands Airport this youth soccer tournament is not one to be missed.

We are excited to be an exclusive partner of the tournament for teams from Ireland and Northern Ireland. This allows us provide an amazing opportunity for our clients to experience and international soccer tournament with teams from various corners of the world, including Ireland, England, UAE, Canada, United States, Australia, and more. With more than 100 teams participating each year, it’s an event that truly unites soccer enthusiasts from around the globe.

The tournament is open to all abilities and there will be a mixed standard throughout the event, however after the open group stages the teams will be split into a Cup & Plate event on day 2 which will hopefully mean teams will be playing equal level abilities on day 2 of the tournament.

As a grassroots tournament there will be no pro youth academies permitted to take part.

Age Categories

Boys Tournament:

U9s – 7-a-side (2016)

U10s – 7-a-side (2015)

U11s – 9-a-side (2014)

U12s – 9-a-side (2013)

U13s – 11-a-side (2012)

U14s – 11-a-side (2011)

U15s – 11-a-side (2010)

Girls Tournament:

U12s – 9-a-side (2013)

U9s, U10s & U11s are permitted to take part in the boys equivalent categories.

Age Dispensations:

All categories players born on/after 31/08 of the year will be allowed play in the relevant category. Teams should be accompanied by a min of 2 adults. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.

Games

Guaranteed Min 5 matches per team

After the open group stages all teams are placed in the knockout stages of the competition at a similar level to others following the group matches.
