This Norwich City FC football tour has been refined in order to maximise the benefits for your football group, both in terms of playing experience, as well as preserving other key facets to our football tours such as ‘general fun’ activities.
This football trip will be focused around knowledge gain: your group will train with Norwich City FC youth coaches at their elite level training facilities known as The Nest. Norwich have been synonymous for playing football the ‘right way’, and in recent years they have taken their progressive set-up to another level, implementing statistical analysis to an elite level under the stewardship of Stuart Webber.
Formerly of Manchester City, Webber has made the role of Sporting Director as Norwich and truly revolutionised their set-up from grassroots to the bright lights of Carrow Road and the Premier League, utilising statistical analysis throughout.
Over the course of two full days this football tour will give first-hand playing and training experience at the elite level for youth football in the English academy scene. Illustrating the gegenpressing methods implemented by senior Norwich City FC manager Daniel Farke, the group on this football tour will gain vital tactical knowledge of modern football in a clear and easy to understand manner.
Accommodation will be set directly in Norwich City’s training facility, known as ‘The Nest’. Full board will be provided during the trip, with breakfast, lunch and dinner all catered for. Return transfers from Luton, Stanstead or Southend will be provided for, while there will be a supplement for London, Gatwick or another airport.
While gaining knowledge from the top-class Norwich City youth coaches will be the primary focus for this football trip, we want to ensure there will be another type of fun on this trip. We can guarantee tickets to a Norwich City FC home game. Only recently we held a tour wherein the group got to see Norwich City take on Manchester United at home, a game in which the Red Devils won 3-1 on the day.
