14 Apr Futbol Salou Ready for Player ID Camps in December 2017
Avid readers of our DB Sports Tours blog will no doubt have heard us mention the Futbol Salou Sports Complex before – our international training base in Salou, Spain. Readers may have also noticed the term ‘technifutbol’ mentioned before too – the training methods implemented by the team of coaches there.
Today we have an opportunity for young footballers to see those facilities and slick training methods combined, with the chance of impressing on-looking Spanish scouts and coaches from the likes of FC Barcelona, RCD Espanyol and CF Reus Deportiu to name but a few.
This coming December 10 – 15, 2017 we are arranging a player identification camp for 18-23 year olds, in which participants will spend six days training at the Futbol Salou Sports Complex, conducted by UEFA A Licence coaches and overseen by Albert Vinas, previously a coach at RCD Espanyol among others.
The methods of training being implemented are known as ‘technifutbol’, where passing ability is methodically worked on, while individuality on the ball is encouraged. These methods are set out to help participants impress the scouts and coaches who will be looking to find the stars of tomorrow.
While training will be conducted at Futbol Salou, accommodation will be set at Cambrils Park and Resort – a picturesque resort where all your necessary holidays needs are catered for. At Cambrils you will find several pools, a sports area (tennis, mini-golf, volleyball etc.), a fitness and spa area, a beauty centre and much more.
Including the likes of àstic de Tarragona and third division teams such as CF Asco, CE Europa and CF Pobla de Mafumet to have confirmed their presence for December’s player identification camp, much more are expected to confirmed their presence in due course.
