The latest inspection visit for our Futbol Salou camp in Spain will take place this coming autumn, from October 15 – 17. The inspection visit is aimed at interested parties such as coaches and parents to view our facilities and amenities on offer at the Futbol Salou camp.

Interested parties for this inspection visit will get to view first-hand both the accommodation at the Cambrils Park and Resort, as well as the training provided to all the participants at the Futbol Salou Camp. Based in Salou, the Futbol Salou Sports Complex is headed by UEFA Pro Licence coach Albert Vinas, formerly of RCD Espanyol and previous tutor of ex FC Barcelona Head Coach Tito Villanova.

This week we can confirm an update on the inspection visit – those on the visit will get the opportunity to go to an FC Barcelona match at the world famous Camp Nou stadium, with La Blaugrana set to take on Deportivo La Coruna on Sunday the 16th of October in La Liga.

As our customers will no doubt now know, DB Sports Tours are experts in the creation and execution of many football team tours and sports trips, designed to maximise the development of Irish youth footballers. Our Futbol Salou camp remains our most popular team tour available, and with good reason.

Headed by the experienced Albert Vinas, the Masterclass sessions provided at the Futbol Salou camp will look to align each candidate’s skills with those of the reigning European Championship winners Spain’s football philosophy, along with the iconic and current La Liga holders FC Barcelona.

Possession football is a key tenet in the world of elite professional football today, and on this inspection visit we will explain how and why our Masterclass training sessions are so beneficial to all who take part. Essentially, this is an opportunity to evaluate your risk assessment and familiarise yourself with the resort and the excursions. Furthermore, we hope you to take notes of the amenities available in order to best prepare for your team tour.

Your weekend package will include two nights accommodation with full board, transport to and from the airport, tickets to an FC Barcelona match (subject to availability), viewing a youth Spanish team play or train, and various leisure activities to be discussed at a further date. Please note the package does not include flights.

Leisure activities are key to ensuring our sports team tours are of the highest standard. You will have the opportunity to not only visit an FC Barcelona game, but take a guided tour of the famous Camp Nou stadium also. Not only that, our team tours also provide the opportunity to visit the Port Aventura theme park. Situated barely 3km away from the Futbol Salou Sports Complex is a must for those who love the thrill of adventure.
