02 Sep DB Sports Tours Stars Named in Ireland U19 Squad
Republic of Ireland under 19 manager Tom Mohan has this week named his squad for upcoming friendly matches to be played in Tallaght next month.
Several of the players including in Mohan’s squad set to take on Austria twice in the space of three days are part of the wide array of footballers whom DB Sports Tours work with throughout the year.
The likes of Jay Lunney (St. Patrick’s Athletic), Darragh Leahy (Coventry City) and Zach Elbouzedi (West Bromwich Albion), Dara O’Shea playing a year up who has had an exceptional pre-season at WBA playing in their U23’s squad at the ripe old age of 17, have all been included in Mohan’s 19 man squad.
The sides meet on Sunday, September 4 (7.00pm), and at the same venue on Tuesday, September 6 (1.00pm). Notably, Mohan will not be calling a number of players who are involved in first team FOOTBALL with SSE Airtricity League clubs next week.
