Liverpool Legends Patrick Berger Ana Vladimir Šmicer Are Coming To Dublin Copy

Liverpool Legends Patrick Berger and Vladimír Šmicer are coming to Dublin to play for the Czech Republic over 40′s International team in a series of international matches that have been organised by the PFAI (Professional Footballer’s Association of Ireland) over 40’s team to raise vital funds for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland (CFI)

The first two fixtures in the series have been confirmed. On September 14th an international over 40’s selection from Ireland will play a Czech Republic over 40’s team, followed by a further match on Saturday 28th against a select Wales team. All proceeds from the games will go to CFI.

The acclaimed Home Farm Football Club Stadium, Whitehall Road, Co. Dublin will host the games

Byrne added “For us it is about giving our fellow professional footballers at the age of 40 plus a purpose for keeping fit and healthy, whilst supporting a great cause”
